Shipping policy
Please let us know ahead of time before placing your order if you do have a deadline. If we do not believe we can complete your order within the requested timeframe, we will let you know. If you do not specify a 'need by date', we will assume you have placed your order within our company's standard delivery time frame.
Please allow more time for production & shipping during the holidays or the holiday season. We will always choose the fastest method of shipping to get your package delivered quickly.
Shipping and tracking information will always be sent via email as a courtesy to you.
Pick-up Orders: Bring your ID that matches the card used to place the order and your confirmation email when you come to collect your items.
*Helpful Note: Signing up for text/email notifications on the shipping carrier's site is the best way to track your package!
